Apply to the skin. Gently massage the gel into the desired body parts, such as the calves, shoulders, or back. Preferably leave the gel to absorb for at least 15 to 20 minutes. If desired, the skin can be rinsed with lukewarm water afterwards.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds. A slight tingling sensation on the skin may occur during the first use; this is a normal phenomenon that indicates the absorption of magnesium and disappears quickly. Keep out of reach of children.
