Usage
Use the measuring scoop 1 to 2 times daily. Half a measuring scoop contains 320 mg of elemental magnesium. A level measuring scoop contains 640 mg of elemental magnesium. Dissolve the powder in 125 ml of lukewarm water. Measuring scoop included.
