Usage & Dosage

Zechsal gift bag, 125g. For a relaxing foot bath.
For normal maintenance of your magnesium balance, take a foot bath twice a week. For health complaints, we recommend taking a foot bath every other day, preferably in the evening before going to sleep. Dosage: 125 grams in approx. 4 litres of warm water. The recommended temperature is 37 degrees Celsius. Duration: at least 20 minutes, half an hour is optimal.
