Green tea, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), lemon balm, stabilisers (microcrystalline cellulose, glyceryl dibehenate, silicon dioxide), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) GABA.
Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably with meals. In special circumstances, 3 to 4 capsules per day may be taken. Green tea: Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
