Blonde psyllium or psyllium (Plantago ovata), finely ground seed husks, Hydrolysed guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) (SUNFIBER®), Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM®.

Usage & Dosage

Stir a heaped tablespoon (10 g) into a glass of water, fruit juice or vegetable juice twice a day and drink. Preferably drink another glass of water afterwards. Once the desired effect is achieved, one heaped tablespoon per day or twice half a tablespoon is sufficient. Do not take simultaneously with medication.
