For the skin: apply 1 to 2 drops locally to the desired area, optionally diluted with a vegetable carrier oil for sensitive skin. For hair: add a few drops to your favourite shampoo. For fresh breath: add 1 to 2 drops to a glass of water and use it to rinse the mouth (do not swallow).
