Ashwagandha 8:1 extract (5% withanolides)	225 mg
Ashwagandha powder	225 mg

Ashwagandha 8:1 extract 5% (root), Ashwagandha powder (root), vegetable cellulose, rice starch, rice concentrate, rice bran extract.

Directions for use
Take 1-2 tablets twice daily during or after a meal. Swallow tablets with water.
