Ingredients

SOY protein isolate, whey protein concentrate (MILK) (with sunflower lecithin), MILK protein casein, whey protein isolate (MILK) (with sunflower lecithin), spirulina (spirulina platensis), l-carnitine tartrate, natural vanilla flavouring, choline bitartrate, aquamin (calcareous marine algae / lithothamnion), chlorella (chlorella pyrenoidosa), sweetener: steviol glycosides from Stevia kelp (fucus vesiculosus), zinc gluconate, chromium picolinate.

Usage & Dosage

Use a delicious shake 1 to 2 times a day before a meal. Eat at least half less. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 shake per day. Mix 3 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) with 200 ml of water, skimmed milk or skimmed yoghurt in a glass, shaker or with a mixer (for an extra airy effect).
