Ingredients:
L-Lysine, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Calcium stearate, HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell).
Usage:
Take 1-2 vegetarian capsules twice daily, preferably once a day on an empty stomach. Take the capsules with water or fruit juice, not with milk.
