Usage & Dosage

Mix a tablespoon of oil daily into fruit juice, a smoothie, or take the dosage as is. The oil must absolutely not be heated and is therefore not suitable for frying and roasting. Store the oil in a cool, dark place. After opening, the product can be kept for 6 weeks.
