100% Acacia Senegal fibre.

Usage
Mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 10g) into a large glass of water. Add the acacia fibre to the glass first, then add water while stirring.
Drink the full glass and follow with another glass of water. Ensure you drink enough water throughout the day.
Acacia fibre can also be added to fruit juice, yoghurt, smoothies, or tea instead of water. Ideally taken in the morning before a meal.
