Effective deworming tablets with mebendazole
Healthypharm Mebendazole 100 mg is a reliable and widely used deworming treatment for managing various worm infections. These tablets belong to the group of anthelmintics: medicines that help combat parasitic worms.
Mebendazole is effective against threadworms, roundworms, whipworms and hookworms, and targets adult worms as well as larvae and eggs. In more severe infections, it may occur that not all worms are eliminated immediately, but egg excretion is usually significantly reduced (by at least 90%).

A commonly used deworming treatment for both adults and children from 2 years of age.
Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
Important notes:
During pregnancy: use may be possible; always consult the package leaflet first.
During breastfeeding: use may be possible; consult the leaflet for further information.
Consult a doctor in the following situations:
Infections caused by worm species other than threadworms or roundworms.
If symptoms persist two weeks after the second dose in case of threadworms, despite proper hygiene measures.
Threadworms are small whitish to pale worms measuring approximately 0.5–1 cm, often associated with itching around the anus.
In case of roundworms (10–30 cm long and 3–6 mm thick) when no improvement occurs after repeated treatment.
During pregnancy or in children with a worm infection other than threadworms.
When hygienic measures are insufficiently effective.
Not suitable in case of intolerance to certain sugars.
Do not use this medicine together with other medicines without consulting a doctor.
Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 14 days.
For the treatment of infections caused by threadworms, roundworms, whipworms and hookworms.
Each tablet contains 100 mg of mebendazole.
Lactose monohydrate, potato starch, sodium starch glycolate, saccharin sodium, povidone (E1202), talc, colloidal anhydrous silica (E551), magnesium stearate (E470b), orange flavour, sunset yellow FCF aluminium lake (E110).
The dosage below applies to adults and children from 2 years of age. No special diet or laxative is required. If diarrhoea occurs, this should be treated at the same time.
Threadworms: Take 1 tablet and repeat after 14 days. If necessary, repeat every 14 days.
Roundworms, whipworms and hookworms: Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening for 3 consecutive days.
If full recovery has not been achieved after three weeks, the treatment may be repeated.
Maximum of 2 tablets per day, depending on the type of worm infection.
Always follow the instructions in the package leaflet.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
For threadworms, repeat treatment after 14 days.
For roundworm, whipworm and hookworm infections, use for 3 consecutive days.
