Chloroxylenol 4.8% w/v. Other substances: pine oil, isopropyl alcohol, castor oil, caramel colour, purified water.
For wound cleaning and disinfection: Dilute 50 ml of Dettol Med (approximately two filled caps) with water up to 1 litre (1:20 dilution). Clean the wound gently with the diluted solution using a clean gauze or cotton wool. For hand disinfection: Dilute 1 part Dettol Med with 20 parts water, wash hands thoroughly, and rinse with clean water.
For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and ears. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to chloroxylenol or any of the other ingredients. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Always consult a doctor for persistent complaints or deep wounds.
