Composition per daily dose of 1 tablet:
Melatonin 0.1 mg

Ingredients:
Sweetener (Xylitol), Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate (glazing agent), Melatonin.

Usage:
1 to 2 tablets per day, 1 to 2 hours before bedtime.
