Ingredients
Calcium (Lithothamnion sp.); Filler (microcrystalline cellulose); vitamin K2 menaquinone-7; Anti-caking agent (stearic acid); Rice starch; Glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); vitamin D3 cholecalciferol; Humectant (glycerol).

Usage
2 times a day 1 tablet after a meal or before bedtime.
Do not use if you are taking coumarin-type anticoagulants due to vitamin K2.
