Vitamin K2, in the natural form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), originally comes from fermented nutrients. This natural form of vitamin K2 is well-absorbed, remains in the body longer and has a stronger effect than other vitamin K2 forms.

- Vitamin D and K2 are important for good bone structure and are important for maintaining strong bones.
- Vitamin D contributes to the proper absorption of calcium from food and increases the absorption of calcium in the bones.
- Vitamin K is important for blood clotting, but recent insights show that vitamin K is just as important as vitamin D for maintaining strong bones. This applies to young and old alike.

Ingredients
Filler (microcrystalline cellulose), Stabiliser (capsule: HPMC), Anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), cholecalciferol.

Usage
1 to 2 capsules once daily, preferably with a hot meal.

Do not use in combination with coumarin-type anticoagulants.
