Vitamin K2, in the natural form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), originally comes from fermented nutrients. This natural form of vitamin K2 is well absorbed, remains in the body longer and has a stronger effect than other vitamin K2 forms.

- Vitamin D and K2 are important for good bone structure and are important for maintaining strong bones.
- Vitamin D contributes to the proper absorption of calcium from the diet and increases the absorption of calcium in the bones.

Usage
1 x per day 1 tablet.
Persons aged 60 and over one to three tablets per day.
