Usage & Dosage

The recommended usage is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. In case of a higher magnesium requirement, more tablets per day can be taken. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. High doses of magnesium can have a laxative effect.
