Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, Betaine anhydrous, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Vitamin B2 (as Riboflavin), Vitamin B11 (as Calcium Methyl Folate), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), vegi-capsule (HPMC), filler: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: vegetarian magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Usage
Take 2 capsules once daily with a glass of water or as prescribed by your practitioner; max. 2 capsules per day.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if side effects occur.
Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.

Storage instructions
Keep tightly closed and store at room temperature.
