This product contains an original bacterial culture from Chr. Hansen. Ingredients Lactobacillus rhamnosus, rice starch (Oryza sativa), vegetable capsule: pullulan (from fermented cassava starch). Use & Dosage Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal with sufficient water. Adhere strictly to this recommended dosage. When you are simultaneously using an antibiotic, it is advised to leave at least 2 hours between taking the antibiotic course and Microbiol Platinum to ensure the viability of the bacteria.
