Microlax offers a quick and comfortable solution for rectal use for occasional constipation. The formula is carefully composed of active substances that act locally on hard stool. Sorbitol attracts moisture in the bowel, which softens the stool and promotes natural bowel passage. Use & Dosage

The contents of a tube of Microlax solution for rectal use are introduced into the rectum (the lower part of the colon) via the cannula (the extended nozzle) on the tube.

How is this medicine dosed?
The contents of 1 tube of solution for rectal use are administered rectally. As a rule, a bowel movement occurs 5 to 20 minutes after administering the solution for rectal use. In children, the same amount is administered as in adults. However, to prevent any damage to the intestinal lining, you should only insert the cannula halfway (up to the mark on the cannula).

Instructions for use:
Squeeze a drop out of the tube to lubricate the cannula, administer rectally, depending on age insert the cannula up to the mark or fully and squeeze the tube empty, gently withdraw the tube while keeping it squeezed to remove. Long-term treatment is not recommended; consult your doctor if symptoms persist. Do not use for longer than 14 days without consulting your doctor. Read the package leaflet before use. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage.
