Ingredients Skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT proteins, fully refined SOYA oil, low-fat cocoa powder 7%, MILK proteins, chicory fibres (inulin), glucose syrup, thickener: cellulose gum, minerals (potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, molybdenum, iodine, selenium), flavourings (lactose), choline, MILK mineral concentrate powder, vitamins (C, E, niacin, A, pantothenic acid, D, B6, B12, K, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid, biotin), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose) and sweetener(s). Use & Dosage Pour 200 ml of cold water into a shaker or cup. Add the contents of one sachet of Modifast Intensive (55 grams). Shake vigorously or stir with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. Preferably let the milkshake rest for a minute for an optimal texture.
