Usage & Dosage
Follow the Modifast Intensive programme and use the full daily amounts. Modifast Intensive contains sufficient amounts of all essential nutrients for 1 day. Drink at least 2 litres of calorie-free fluids per day, such as water, light drinks, and coffee or tea without milk or sugar. Do not use Modifast Intensive for longer than 3 weeks unless prescribed otherwise by your doctor. Preparation: Add the contents of one sachet of Modifast Milkshake to 200 ml of cold water. Stir vigorously with a whisk or shake with a shaker. Drink immediately. Enjoy! Storage: Store in a dry, sealed place at room temperature.
