Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbic acid, magnesium oxide, iron fumarate, ginkgo biloba extract, zinc sulphate, nicotinamide, OPC from grape seeds (vitis vinifera), manganese gluconate, d-alpha-tocopherol succinate, calcium pantothenate, sodium selenite, filler: silicon dioxide, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, copper gluconate, coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, retinol acetate, biotin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, coenzyme Q10, folic acid, cholecalciferol, phytomenadione, potassium iodide, humectant, polysorbate 80, cyanocobalamin, chromium sulphate, sodium molybdate, glazing agent: beeswax.

Usage
1 tablet per day with breakfast.
This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years.
