The safest form of Vitamin B6 (P-5-P)
In supplements, we know two forms; pyridoxine HCl and the biologically active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). So far, no side effects from the use of pyridoxal-5-phosphate have been reported. Research from Maastricht University even shows that neuropathy due to high doses of B6 is entirely attributable to pyridoxine HCl. The form that cannot be found in any of Vitakruid's products. The Multi Day is therefore an extremely safe choice!

Contains an active B-complex
In addition to the safest form of vitamin B6, the Multi Day also contains all other B vitamins. These have been added to the formula exclusively in high and safe dosages and in the most bioavailable forms. The B vitamins in the Multi Day are even more highly dosed than in some B-complexes that only contain B vitamins. And then with the Day formula, you also receive all other water-soluble vitamins, for the same price as a regular B-complex!
