During a strength training or running session, you put your body to work. To achieve optimal results, it is essential to give your body the right nutrients. The most important fuel for athletes during intensive exertion are carbohydrates. But proteins are also important.

You get carbohydrates from vegetables, fruit, potatoes, quinoa, oats, dairy and wholemeal products.

The safe form of vitamin B6
In the Multi Day Sport Men, vitamin B6 is present in the form of P-5-P, a biologically active form that is well absorbed by the body. No side effects have been reported for this specific B6 form. Moreover, the dosage (3 mg) in this multi is far below the maximum acceptable daily dose (21 mg).

Active folic acid and vitamin B12 for better absorption
Vitamin B12 and folic acid must first be converted in the body before they can be utilised. However, these complex processes can be difficult. The Multi Day Sport Men therefore contains the biologically active forms of these vitamins: folic acid as 5-MTHF and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamine and adenosylcobalamine. The body no longer needs to convert these natural forms, making them immediately usable.

Safety of Ashwagandha
Recently, the safety of Ashwagandha has been questioned in various media. Ashwagandha is on the positive list of several EU member states and is generally safe to use. There are very rare cases known where liver problems occurred during the use of Ashwagandha. However, no scientific link has yet been demonstrated between Ashwagandha and the effect on the liver.

At the side effects centre Lareb, only a few (4) reports about Ashwagandha have been received in the last 23 years. It is important to be alert when using thyroid medication and antidepressants. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is discouraged as a precaution. For most people, Ashwagandha is safe to use.

Ingredients
Vitamins, minerals, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent), Choline bitartrate, Citrus bioflavonoids, Ashwagandha extract, Shilajit extract, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), stearic acid (anti-caking agent), Inositol, Grape seed extract (OPC), Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), HPMC (glazing agent), Alpha-lipoic acid, glycerol (humectant).

Usage
Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the morning with breakfast. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children up to 3 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.

Ashwagandha:
Be careful when using thyroid medication.
