Usage & Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take with a meal. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age. Green tea: Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
