Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, magnesium (oxide & citrate), cellulose, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), Rhodiola Rosea extract (rose root), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Tablet coating (glazing agents: calcium carbonate & isomalt), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: iron oxide), Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid and magnesium stearate), crosslinked cellulose gum, niacin (nicotinamide), taurine, zinc citrate, iron (ferrous fumarate), Korean (panax) ginseng extract, thiamine mononitrate, co-enzyme Q10, para-aminobenzoic acid, choline bitartrate, inositol, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol), riboflavin, vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), selenium (l-selenomethionine & sodium selenite), chromium picolinate, manganese sulphate, copper sulphate, folic acid, vitamin K1, potassium iodide, biotin.

Usage
Take 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with lunch or dinner.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age

Magnesium can have a laxative effect.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry place and at room temperature. Keep out of reach of young children.
