Ingredients
Magnesium (citrate & oxide), cellulose, calcium carbonate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), tablet coating (glazing agents: polydextrose & calcium carbonate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, Colour: iron oxide), cinnamon bark (cinnamomum cassia) extract, Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate), vitamin E (dl-alpha acid succinate), niacin (nicotinamide), zinc citrate, iron (ferrous fumarate), thiamine mononitrate, cross-linked cellulose gum, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), para amino benzoic acid, choline bitartrate, inositol, riboflavin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D3, selenium (l-selenomethionine & sodium selenite), chromium picolinate, manganese sulphate, copper sulphate, folic acid, vitamin K1, potassium iodide, biotin

Usage
Take 2 tablets per day, one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner.

Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

If health complaints occur, such as tingling or numbness in hands or feet, please contact your (GP) doctor.

This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.

Magnesium can have a laxative effect.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
