Usage
Adults: Take 2 tablets per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised.

Consult an expert before use in case of (pre-) pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or medication use (e.g. anticoagulants).

High doses of magnesium can cause stomach upset, lowering or dividing the dose throughout the day may help. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
