Magnesium (Citrate & Oxide), Bulking agent (Cellulose), Calcium carbonate, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Tablet coating (Glazing agents: Polydextrose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose & Calcium carbonate, Colour: Iron oxide), Cinnamon bark extract (Cinnamomum cassia), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Stearic acid & Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Vitamin E (dl-alpha Tocopheryl acid succinate), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Zinc citrate, Iron (Ferrous fumarate), Thiamine mononitrate, Humectant (Crosslinked cellulose gum), Pantothenic acid (Calcium pantothenate), Para-Amino Benzoic Acid, Choline bitartrate, Inositol, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Selenium (L-Selenomethionine & Sodium selenite), Chromium picolinate, Manganese sulphate, Copper sulphate, Folic acid, Vitamin K1 (Phylloquinone), Potassium iodide, Biotin.

Usage
Adults: take 2 tablets per day, preferably one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner, unless otherwise advised by a therapist or doctor.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and illness, especially diabetes.
Consult an expert before use in case of medication use (such as anticoagulants).
This product contains iron. If too much is taken, it can be harmful to young children.
Contains magnesium, which can cause mild stomach complaints in sensitive individuals. Lowering or spreading the dose throughout the day may help.
This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
