Fittergy's multi formulas contain, in addition to the expected vitamins and minerals, various other important components, for example Inositol, PABA, Choline, Betaine and Bioflavonoids. Various active B vitamins (B2, B6, B12) and organic mineral ingredients such as magnesium taurate, copper citrate, manganese citrate and iron bisglycinate have been chosen. Fittergy is also one of the few multi formulas to have a tocopherol mix of naturally occurring tocopherols, namely alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherols.

Unique to the Multi Health Active Senior are the components specifically aimed at those over sixty, such as chondroitin, glucosamine, coenzyme Q10, resveratrol, curcuma, lecithin and OPCs

Usage
Take 1 tablet per day.

Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Produced in the Netherlands. Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This product is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. When using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon), consult an expert before using a vitamin K2 supplement.
