Usage
The recommended dosage for women during pregnancy and breastfeeding is 2 softgels per day, unless otherwise advised.
Preferably take during or after a meal.
The recommended dosage in preparation for pregnancy is 1 softgel per day.

This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
