Usage & Dosage

Normal skin:
Before sun exposure: 2 weeks 2 capsules per day.
During sun exposure: 2 capsules per day.
Afterwards: 1 capsule per day.

Sun-sensitive skin:
Before sun exposure: 2 weeks 4 capsules per day.
During sun exposure: 4 capsules per day.
Afterwards: 2 capsules per day.

Always use a sunscreen with a protection factor when in the sun.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
