Ingredients
Lithothamnium calcareum, UltraMag® Liposomal magnesium (magnesium oxide, emulsifiers: sucrose esters of fatty acids and sunflower lecithin, rice starch/oryza sativa), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: chlorophyllin), ubiquinone, methylsulfonylmethane, L-ascorbic acid, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols, iron bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, zinc bisglycinate, mixed carotenes (7.5% beta-carotene), emulsifier (magnesium stearate), menaquinone-7, sodium borate, nicotinamide, L-selenomethionine, manganese bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, Bambusa arundinacea (bamboo 75% silicon), calcium-d-pantothenate, retinyl acetate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, cholecalciferol, sodium riboflavin-5-phosphate, thiamine hydrochloride, phylloquinone, chromium picolinate, calcium-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, potassium iodide, biotin, methylcobalamin.

Usage
2 capsules per day, with a glass of water, with the main meals.
