Use & Dosage
Insert the nozzle into the nostril. Spray once by pressing the nozzle for a few seconds, let the excess solution run out and blow your nose. Repeat the procedure in the other nostril. Clean the nozzle with soap and water, rinse and dry. Apply 2 to 6 times a day in each nostril.
