How it works
The active substance xylometazoline causes a narrowing of the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa, which reduces swelling and increases the nasal passage. The addition of menthol and cineole provides a cooling and refreshing effect. As part of your carefully composed health routine, this spray helps you to breathe comfortably again quickly during a cold.
