Usage & Dosage

Shake well before use. Take 1 ml (±19 drops, 1x pipette) per day in 30ml of water. Green tea: Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
