The active heat cells contain iron powder, activated carbon, salt and water, which generate heat when exposed to the air.
Only open the packaging shortly before use. Place the patch with the dark side of the heat cells on the skin over the painful area and press the adhesive strips firmly. Do not wear on the same area of skin for longer than 8 hours per 24-hour period.
Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin, on bruises or swellings, or in places where you cannot feel heat. Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or during pregnancy.
