Ingredients (INCI): Aqua, Glycerin, Abies Sibirica Needle Oil, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Triethanolamine, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Ethylhexylglycerin, Propylene Glycol, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Phenoxyethanol.
Directions for use: Apply to the desired areas and massage in lightly. Repeat throughout the day as required.
