By dissolving the powder in lukewarm water before intake, the freeze-dried bacteria are hydrated and activated, allowing them to reach your digestive tract in an active state. Usage & Dosage

Add 1 sachet once a day to half a glass of lukewarm water (100ml), let it stand for 10 minutes, stir well and drink. Take New Care Bifido lacto complex well before or after a meal, for example before going to sleep. This product should not be used by children under 3 years of age.
