Magnesium citrate, oyster shell calcium (derived from MOLLUSCS), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, colour: calcium carbonate, nettle root extract, anti-caking agent: stearic acid, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose, rice starch, ascorbic acid, betaine HCl, bamboo extract, humectant: polyethylene glycol, rosemary extract, ginger, sodium tetraborate, menaquinone, cholecalciferol.
Starting dosage: 3 x per day 1 tablet. Maintenance dosage: 1 x per day 1 tablet. Take at least one dose before sleeping and/or after physical activity. Take tablets with water.
