Starting dosage: 1 tablet 3 times a day, for at least 1 pack
Maintenance dosage: 1 tablet 2 times a day
Take tablets with water well before or after meals.
Contains green tea with 50mg EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) per daily dosage. The maximum daily dosage of EGCG is 800mg. This product should not be used on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
This product should not be used by children, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding.
This product contains rhodiola and should not be used in combination with antidepressants and sleeping pills.
