Take 1 morning tablet (white) in the morning and 1 evening tablet (brown) in the evening.
Take tablets with water.

Ginkgo may affect blood clotting. Consult an expert when used in combination with anticoagulants.
Consult an expert before use if used simultaneously with antidepressants, when using thyroid hormones, and in case of a thyroid disorder (ashwagandha).
