The heat patch contains active ingredients that undergo a natural, exothermic reaction when exposed to oxygen to generate constant and safe heat.
Only open the packaging immediately before use. Remove the protective film and apply the adhesive side of the patch firmly to dry, clean skin directly above the sensitive muscle area. The patch starts to heat up after a few minutes. Remove the patch after a maximum of 6 hours of use.
Do not use directly on damaged, red, irritated or sensitive skin. Do not use while sleeping or in combination with other heat sources. Check the skin regularly for signs of irritation or overheating.
