Nova Vitae Guar Bean Fibre contains the patented Sunfiber from Taiyo, a partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG) derived from the Indian guar bean. Where traditional fibres such as psyllium struggle to dissolve and inulin often ferments too quickly in the gut, Sunfiber undergoes an advanced enzymatic process. Here, the long carbohydrate chains are carefully shortened to the ideal length. Use & Dosage

Take 2-4 level measuring scoops (5-10 grams) daily during a meal. Mix the powder with water (approximately 200 ml) or another liquid of your choice. Let the drink stand briefly so that the fibre can dissolve completely. For an extra boost, the fibre can also be mixed with food, even warm dishes such as yoghurt.
