Use & Dosage
Squeeze the flat parts (the 'wings') between your index finger and thumb. Place one wing securely into each nostril, then anchor in place by pressing on the wings, keeping the large ball-shaped part facing downwards. Gently pull on the middle part, outside the nose, to ensure Nozovent is properly in place. Replacement after four to six weeks is recommended.
