Usage & Dosage

Shake well before use. Dosage: take 30 minutes before meals. Start with 2 drops twice daily and increase by 2 drops per dose up to a daily dosage of 60 drops, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare practitioner. Put the drops in 120 ml of water and wait one minute before drinking.
