Water, glucose syrup, cow's milk proteins, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), potassium lactate, emulsifier (soy lecithin), magnesium hydrogen phosphate, flavouring, choline chloride, potassium citrate, colour (carmine), sodium citrate, sodium L-ascorbate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, iron lactate, nicotinamide, zinc sulphate, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, retinyl acetate, copper gluconate, sodium selenite, manganese sulphate, calcium D-pantothenate, chromium chloride, D-biotin, cholecalciferol, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, sodium molybdate, riboflavin, sodium fluoride, potassium iodide, phylloquinone, cyanocobalamin.
1-3 bottles per day as a supplement to the normal diet, 5-7 bottles per day as the sole source of nutrition. Drink the recommended number of bottles every day. Shake well before use. Ready to use and tastes best chilled.

Recommended to store in a cool and dry place. After opening, close the bottle and store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
