Usage & Dosage
2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not administer to children under 18 years of age. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if taking medication simultaneously. Intake should be limited to a few weeks/months. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach or if you are using other products containing green tea on the same day. 1 capsule contains 25 mg epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG), do not exceed the daily amount of 800 mg EGCG per day.
